The Feldenkrais Method employs movement with awareness to improve the quality of our actions. By focusing attentively on sensations as you move through a coordinated sequence of movements, you learn to eliminate tensions and find greater ease and grace of movement. It has widespread application for relieving pain, improving coordination and ease of movement, and enhancing skill performance, creative pursuits, and general quality of life.
