WORKSHOP: SATURDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2016 FROM 1 – 4 PM Tune your BALANCE AND coordination! The Awareness through Movement (Feldenkrais) lessons in this workshop will re-educate your spine, hip joints, and legs to work more effectively together, to improve Balance, coordination, ease AND effectiveness of ACTIVITIES. Employing highly effective movement sequences, we will explore alignment of the pelvis - the body's power center - with the spine and the coordination of weight transfer through the hip joints to the legs. Apply the results to your favorite sport, dance, or leisure activity. Suitable for all activity levels. $50. RSVP.
After the workshop, you can continue to practice these sequences on your own to release tensions, prevent strain, and improve coordination, alignment, and ease and range of movement in all your activities.
