Mary Newell is a guild-certified practitioner of The Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education and a writer. She has a broad background in holistic healing. As well as teaching literature and writing at the college level, Mary has taught classes and workshops in Awareness through Movement (Feldenkrais), creativity, and Writing for Healing in adult education venues, at Wainwright House, and at The NY Open Center. She offers individual sessions, classes, and workshops in Garrison NY.
